A piece of Bullhead history and a must stop for lunch. A quant little place with the absolute BEST food. I have been eating here since it was a plumbing shop 10 years ago. Frank and Kathy are two of the dearest people and strive to make the a great meal with quality foods such as Boars Head Meats and homemade yes real homemade potato and macaroni salad. For a real treat and quality food you must try Mama Mia's I am sure you will agree too.

Boy did we find a diamond in the rough for lunch today! Cruising through Bullhead, heading back to Laughlin from Oatman, we weren't terribly confident we were going to find anything good for lunch. Mamma Mia's ended up being just perfect for us! We were nervous that there were no cars in the parking lot. When we walked into the quaint and comfy restaurant, the owner promptly greeted us. He was so enjoyable and helpful the whole time we were there. His wife, who does the cooking, even came out and chatted for a bit. Great people! The food is all homemade and delicious. I had a meatball sandwich, my husband the Sicilian sub. Both of our sandwiches were on fresh bread and the ingredients tasted great. We tried both the pasta salad and potato salad and while both were very good, I was partial to the potato salad. My only beef is that they don't have fountain sodas, but because everything else was so good I'll give them a pass. Prices were more than fair for the fresh food and the bathrooms were cleaner than mine at home.

Nothing amazing. Turkey bacon club was just a big crusty dry sandwich and the chicken parm sandwich wasn't breaded. I didn't hate either of the sandwiches but they were just mediocre. The meat was actually pretty tasty.

Delicious Italian Deli. The turkey sandwich is good. The owners are so friendly and restrooms are very clean.

This is one of my favorite places in Bullhead City to eat. Kathy and Frank make you feel like family. The food is authentic Italian. My favorite is the angel hair pasta with sauce and meatballs. Garlic bread is a must also. The tuna sandwich, Italian sausage sandwich, meatball sub, and hot pastrami are also good. The Cannoli is a dessert that you cannot pass up. I eat here every time I visit Bullhead City. They are not open on Sundays and close at 3:00pm on Saturdays and 4:00pm on weekdays, so get in there for an early dinner or lunch.

Stopped for lunch again to day. Excellent as usual. Sure wish they had one closer to home. Frank and Kathy are great people, so when in the Laughlin/Bull Head City area stop by. They have other things besides the sandwiches. All top notch.

Decided to stop for lunch while visiting the area. What luck to have found Mama Mia's. We had a group of 4 so we took the opportunity to sample various sandwiches and sides. Let me tell you, we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, fresh, and just like mom would make. To top it off the owners do it all and are super friendly. We felt like we were visiting a friend's house. Thank you Mama Mia's for the delicious lunch. We will be back for sure.

I have never been disappointed! My favorite is the meatball sub! The owners are always super friendly! The only reason I give a 4 vs a 5 is they are a tad bit over priced. I do understand mom and pop shops have to charge more though so I will continue to go!

Frank and Kathy are the best! The food is always so amazing! They are quick to serve you and all the food is family recipes. My mom and I come here all the time and we normally get different things every time and it never ceases to amaze us that the food is so good and I can't get enough! If I could I would eat here every day all day!

really tasty food and incredibly nice owners...even brought my baby some turkey to snack on while we waited for our food. My only complaint is that the portion size was small and I had to ask for bread.

The Italian sub sandwich is incredibly moist and full of flavor. We're out here from LA area about twice a month. They are our "go to" for boat lunches! The potato salad Is delicious and a must have accompaniment.

OK, I know that the middle of the desert is a long ways from Napoli, but if this is the best in Italian Bullhead has to offer, I'll stick w/ steak and potatoes or Mexican or In-n'-Out. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't terrible, but '5-stars' it was NOT. No A/C, (or at least not when we were there w/ 100+ outside temps), no beer or wine (OK, not thier fault, but not mine either), Beverages consist of 5 or 6 Coca-Cola branded soft drinks self-served from 16oz plastic bottles in styrofoam cups. This is what equates to '5-stars' in Bullhead? On the plus side, the cook (Mama) was very friendly and out-going and the server (Mr. Mama?) was friendly as well. I had a cold-cut sandwich, it was good (not great) and my wife tried the ravioli, which was not great (aka... bad). The ravioli tasted as if it was NOT fresh (previously frozen?) and the 'marinara' sauce was thick and pasty, almost as dense as the ravioli. There are 2 or 3 other Italian restaurants in Bullhead, but if this is the best in the City, then I'm afraid to try the others.

The Pastrami here is amazing. I also come to Mama Mia's to purchase Boars Head Brand lunch meat. I haven't had anything on the menu that's bad-- everything has been amazing! It is a family run business, and has top notch porducts and customer service! Stop by, and be pleasantly surprised!

The food is outstanding, the people are like family even if you have never been there. Stopped on way to Newport from Vegas and stayed an extra day just to be able to go back and enjoy the food and people. The canolis are fresh, homemade, and delicious. Next time you go say hi to our new best paisons Frank and Kathy and do not forget to check out the art work in the halls on the way to and from the restrooms. Cant say enuff good things about this place. Miss it only if you really do not like good food and/or yourself..

Just the best sandwiches anywhere. Quality food the owner only uses top notch products and it shows with the quality and taste. . Its in bullhead city and as a resident i am glad it is. Its on 915 Marina blvd.
